- The attraction of suitable investments in the Industrial Area which will increase the cargo flows from and to Western Greece and which will strengthen the viability and further development of the company.
- The maximization of the return of the capital invested in the company through the efficient management of its resources, ensuring the long-term development of the company and its contribution to the economic and social development of the wider region of Aitoloakarnania and Western Greece.

ACARPORT S.A, was founded in 2000 and is the company that manages and administers the port of NAVIPE Platygiali of Astakos. The strategic position of the port, located in the middle of Western Greece and a short distance from the Suez-Gibraltar axis, makes it an important node in the logistics hub of cargo flows between the countries of the European Union and the East, while at the same time it is also a link between the countries of the Adriatic, the Balkans and the Black Sea.
