For port security services, we may process, indicatively, materialfacts of a natural person (e.g., tel., address, e-mail, full name, sex, birth date, etc.), unique identifiers (e.g.Seaman registration number, etc.), image data, data relating to criminal convictions and offenses.

For the management of employees and prospective employees, we may process, indicatively, materialfacts of a natural person (e.g. tel., address, e-mail, full name, sex, birth date, etc.), unique identifiers (e.g. ID number,Seaman registration number), professional data (e.g. data contained in a curriculum vitae), financial data (e.g. IBAN), health data (e.g. health and vaccination history, sick leave, etc.), data relating to criminal convictions and offenses (e.g. attestations for security officers, etc.).

For customer and supplier management, we may process, indicatively, materialdata of a natural person (e.g. tel., address, e-mail, full name, sex, birth date, etc.), financial data (e.g. IBAN, financial data of trade agreements, etc.).

What is the legal basis for the processing of your Data by the Company?

The processing of the Personal Data of natural persons is based either on the performance of an agreement or on the legitimate interest of the company, i.e. the security of the port area, the search for personnel, the management of the clientele, or the safeguarding of vital interest in the management of illness or injury.

However, if your Request is complex or there are a large number of your Requests, we will notify you within one month if we need to take another (2) two months extension within which we will respond to you.

If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive due in particular to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information or executing the requested action, or refuse to respond to the Request.
